Step1: Raw Material Inspection

Hissen Global adheres to high standards in raw material inspection and ensures that all pre-owned garments undergo rigorous quality checks before they enter the sorting process.

Step2: Selective Sorting

Hissen Global operates a selective sorting process whereby garments are manually categorized into a number of different categories to meet specific customer needs. As we have our own manufacturing facility, we can also customize the sorting process.

Step3: Strict quality control

Hissen Global operates a stringent five-level quality control system for pre-owned garments, which includes material inspection, full inspection, processing inspection, pre-packaging inspection, and pre-shipment inspection.

Step4: Weighing and Packaging

Hissen Global's factories have a high standard packaging process. Garments are weighed after sorting to ensure accuracy of packaging and weight. Our promise that the garments should be free from tears, holes, pilling and stains.

Step5: Container Loading

Hissen Global has professional experience in container loading, we consider lowering the freight cost by loading used clothes into containers to ensure that the entire container space is fully utilized.
