Shipping & Time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day of placing the order. Products will be shipped according to your chosen logistics method, the exact time frame of which can be found in the table below.
We apologize for possible shipping delays if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if shipping delays are caused by carrier services.
Note: Due to Covid-19, there will be some delays in shipping.

Note：Shipping time is calculated on working days. If you choose the Expedited By Air shipping option and your delivery is not guaranteed due to the Covid-19 or other reasons, you can contact our after-sales service at email@example.com. We will refund you up to 50% of the shipping cost depending on the delay.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! We offer all orders except APO/FPO/DPO Addresses. If your country may not be supported by our logistics, we will notify you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order.
Change Your Shipping Address?
Changing of address is only allowed on or before 11:00pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day of placing an order. You may contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to request for such changes.
